Currently developing an intelligent chatbot for a food website that enhances user experience by supporting two essential features: placing new orders and tracking existing orders. The system is designed to provide users with a seamless and interactive experience, fostering increased customer satisfaction and engagement.

Leveraging Dialogflow for natural language understanding and integration, alongside Python for the core logic and FastAPI to build a robust, high-performance backend. The database is powered by MySQL, ensuring efficient and reliable data management for order processing and tracking.
